摘  要:以挤压-拉拔工艺制备出的TiH_(2)含量为0.8%,直径分别为6.5、4.9、3.5 mm的可发泡预制坯为对象,研究其在密闭型腔中的发泡行为。结果表明,随着拉拔直径减小,预制体密度降低,比表面积增加,相同膨胀倍数下泡沫铝充满型腔的时间缩短。TiH_(2)在预制体内分布更均匀,利用率增加,孔径减小、孔数增多,圆度减小、孔隙率增大。随着膨胀倍数增加,相同拉拔直径下孔径增大,孔数减少,孔壁变薄,孔隙率增大。The foaming behavior of foamable preforms in closed cavity with TiH_(2)content of 0.8%and diameter of 6.5,4.9 and 3.5 mm prepared by extrusion drawing process was investigated.The results indicate that with the decrease of drawing diameter,the density of preform is decreased and the specific surface area is increased.The aluminum foam filling time is shortened under the same expansion ratio,where the distribution of TiH_(2)in the prefabricated body is more uniform with the utilization ratio of TiH_(2),and the diameter of pores is decreased with the increase of the number of pores and decreasing in the roundness as well as increasing in porosity.With the increase of expansion ratio,the pore diameter is increased with decreasing in the number of pores,and the pore wall becomes thinner as well as increasing in the porosity under the same drawing diameter.
