摘 要:针对金属熔炼炉前加料人工模式下操作繁琐、实时性差、计算易出错等问题,提出了一种金属熔炼炉前光谱数据集成、配料计算、信息显示、称重指示一体化加料方案。首先基于XML中间件数据集成技术实现数据的快速采集,建立了低成本配料计算模型;其次基于PLC实现信息显示与称重指示。最后基于华铸ERP设计开发了一体化的炉前加料系统并应用于中小型铸造企业。结果表明,该一体化系统操作更便捷,炉料计算耗时降至秒级,可显著提升加料效率。Aiming at the problems of cumbersome operation, poor real-time performance, and error-prone calculations in the manual mode of the metal smelting furnace, an integrated feeding scheme including spectral data integration, batching calculation, information display, and weighing instructions was proposed. Firstly, rapid data collection was achieved based on the XML middleware data integration technology, and a low-cost batching calculation model was established.Secondly, information display and weighing instructions were realized on account of PLC. Finally, an integrated feeding system before the furnace was designed based on the InteCast ERP, which was applied to small and medium-sized enterprises. The results indicate that the integrated system is more convenient to operate, and charging calculation is reduced to the second level, which can significantly improve the feeding efficiency.
