摘  要:研究了微量稀土对AZ80镁合金高温氧化动力学及氧化膜特征的影响。采用熔铸法制备了AZ80、AZ80-0.32Y、AZ80-0.47Gd和AZ80-0.38Nd(质量分数,%)合金;测定合金第二相熔点,进行等温氧化试验;观察铸态组织和氧化膜层的形貌。结果表明,微量稀土的添加没有提高β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相的熔点,但在组织中生成Al_(2)Y,Al_(2)Gd和Al_(2)Nd高温熔点相,一定程度消除了β相,提升了AZ80镁合金的高温抗氧化能力。此外,稀土元素的添加能改善合金的氧化成膜性并促进氧化层的致密化。The effects of trace rare earth alloying on the oxidation kinetics and oxide film characteristics of AZ80magnesium alloy were analyzed at high temperature.AZ80,AZ80-0.32Y,AZ80-0.47Gd and AZ80-0.38Nd(mass fraction,%)alloy were prepared by melting and casting method.Melting point of the second phase in the alloy was measured,and the isothermal oxidation experiment was carried out.The as-cast microstructure and the oxide film of the alloy were observed.The results reveal that the addition of trace rare earth elements cannot increase the melting point of β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase,however the high temperature melting point phases of Al_(2)Y,Al_(2)Gd and Al_(2)Nd are generated in the matrix,which eliminate theβphase to some extent and improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of AZ80magnesium alloy.Moreover the addition of rare earth elements can improve the oxidation film formation of the alloy and promote the densification of the oxide layer.
