摘  要:基于Open Cascade的铸钢件冒口工艺三维模型设计,通过对铸钢件模数的求取,并根据不同冒口类型选择不同的冒口设计系统,实现了铸钢件冒口系统的快速设计。首先读取铸钢件三维模型,计算铸钢件的整体模数;然后选择不同的截取体类型,并通过参数化的设计进行截取体的形状和位置的确定,进而求得铸件的局部模数;之后通过得到的局部模数和选择的冒口类型,自动建立冒口的三维模型;最后以实际铸钢件为例,说明该冒口设计系统的可行性。结果表明,该冒口设计系统可以提高冒口设计的效率,节约设计时间。3D geometry design of steel casting riser processes based on OpenCascade was carried out.Meanwhile,different riser design systems were selected according to modulus calculation of steel castings and different riser types,realizing rapid design for steel casting riser system.Firstly,the 3D model of steel casting was read and the whole modulus was calculated.Then,different interception types were set and the profile as well as the locationare were determined through the parameterized design of the system,thus obtaining the local modulus of the casting interception.Next,the 3D model of the riser was automatically established by combining the local modulus and the selected riser type.Finally,taking actual steel castings as an example,the feasibility of the riser design system was verified.The results indicate that the riser design system can improve riser design efficiency,shortening the design period.
