摘 要:以国产碳纤维M55J为增强体材料,ZL301为基体合金,采用真空压力浸渗法制备三维五向M55J/Al基复合材料,对其致密度、微观组织以及拉伸性能进行研究,并将纤维从复合材料中提取观察分析纤维的损伤情况。结果表明,三维五向M55J/Al复合材料的致密度较高,达到97.8%,浸渗效果良好。浸渗后M55J纤维单丝平均抗拉强度为3440 MPa,平均弹性模量为513 GPa,较原丝均有所下降。三维五向M55J/Al复合材料在室温及350℃下的抗拉强度分别为601.3和689.7 MPa,弹性模量分别为181.6 GPa和146.7 GPa,高温强度较高可能是由于高温使得基体对编织纱的束缚减小,拉伸过程无明显的屈服与颈缩现象。Taking domestic carbon fiber M55J as reinforcement and ZL301 as matrix alloy,three-dimensional five-directional M55J/Al composites were fabricated by vacuum pressure infiltration method.The compactness and microstructure of the composites as well as the tensile properties were investigated at room temperature and high temperature(350℃).The fiber dimension was extracted from the composites to observe and analyze fiber damage.The results indicate that the compactness of the three-dimensional five-directional M55J/Al composite is 97.8%with desirable infiltration effect.After impregnation,the mean tensile strength and modulus of M55J monofilament reach 3440 MPa and 513 GPa,respectively,which are slightly lower than those of precursor.The tensile strength and modulus of three-dimensional five-directional M55J/Al composites are 601.3 MPa,689.7 MPa,and 181.6 GPa,146.7 GPa,respectively at room temperature and 350℃.The high temperature strength may be attributed to the reduced binding of matrix to braided yarn and absence of bending and necking phenomenon.
