摘 要:利用ProCAST软件对Mg-xSm-0.3Zn系列镁合金进行压铸过程模拟计算,设置初始压力为0.2 MPa,增压比压为40 MPa,模具温度为200~280℃、浇注温度为680~740℃、压射速度为1.5~6.0 m/s,研究模具温度、浇注温度、压射速度、合金成分对含稀土镁合金压铸过程的影响。结果表明,模具温度、浇注温度适当降低可以改善铸件的缩孔、缩松,且模具温度对合金的充型过程影响更大;压射速度适当提高可以使铸件更好地进行补缩,但压射速度太高会降低模具使用寿命;Sm含量为0.8%时,充型过程最为平稳,充型及完全凝固所需时间最短,并且随着Sm含量增加,合金的固、液相温差由70℃降低到46℃,铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷得到改善。The ProCAST software was used to simulate the die-casting process of Mg-xSm-0.3 Zn series magnesium alloy.The initial parameters,such as pressure,specific pressure,mold temperature casting temperature and injection rate were set as 0.2 MPa,40 MPa,200~280℃,680~740℃and 1.5~6.0 m/s,respectively,to understand the effects of these parameters on the die-casting process of rare earth magnesium alloy.The results indicate that the distribution of shrinkage porosity can be improved when the mold temperature and casting temperature are appropriately low,and the difference of mold temperature has a more obvious effect on the filling process of alloy.Proper increase in injection speed can make the casting better feeding,however should not be too high in order to reduce the service life of the metal mold.When the content of rare earth is 0.8%,the filling process is the most stable,and the time needed for filling and complete solidification reaches the peak.With the increase of rare earth content,the temperature difference between solid and liquid is decreased from 70℃to 46℃,and the shrinkage cavity and porosity of the castings are effectively improved.
