摘 要:以ZL301合金为基体,预制体以M40J碳纤维为原材料编织成三维正交结构,通过真空压力浸渗法制备了纤维体积分数为50%的三维正交M40J/Al复合材料,通过SEM分析了微观组织和断口形貌,研究了缺口位置对三维正交M40J/Al复合材料经向力学性能的影响,并探讨了失效机理。结果表明,室温下含V形缺口、矩形缺口、中心圆孔缺口的复合材料抗拉强度分别为690.7、667.0、314.2 MPa,较无缺口试样(761.0 MPa)分别下降了9.24%、12.35%、58.71%。相比于外部缺口,内部缺口对三维正交编织结构M40J/Al复合材料力学性能影响最大。含中心圆孔缺口的复合材料断裂位置集中在缺口处,对中心圆孔缺口非常敏感,与另外3种类型的复合材料相比,其抗拉强度最低。The three-dimensional orthogonal M40 J/Al composites with 50%(volume fraction)fiber were prepared by vacuum pressure infiltration with ZL301 alloy as the matrix and perform made of M40 J carbon fiber woven into three-dimensional orthogonal structure.The microstructure and fracture morphology of the composites were analyzed by SEM.The effects of notch position on the longitudinal tensile properties of the three-dimensional orthogonal M40 J/Al composites were investigated,and the failure mechanism was discussed.The results indicate that the tensile strengths of the composites with V-notch,rectangular notch and central circular hole notch at room temperature are 690.7、667.0 and 314.2 MPa,respectively,which are 9.24%,12.35%and 58.71%lower than those of the unnotched specimens(761.0 MPa).The internal notch has the greatest effect on the tensile properties of M40 J/Al composites with three-dimensional orthogonal woven structure compared to the external notch.The fracture location of composites containing the central circular hole notch is concentrated at the notch,which is extremely sensitive to the central circular hole notch with the lowest tensile strength compared to the other three types of composites.
