摘  要:使用正交实验法优化设计了EPDM配方胶料硫化体系,并确定了最优配比为S/促EZ/促CZ/促TETD=1/2.7/1.5/1.25。结果表明,与原配方胶料性能相比,优化后配方胶料正硫化时间缩短至4 min左右,硫化反应速度提高了近6倍,硫化胶拉伸强度和撕裂强度都有所提高;胶料硫化平坦期较长有利于厚橡胶制品的硫化生产。The curing system of EPDM compound was optimized and designed by orthogonal experiment,and the optimum ratio was determined as S/EZ/CZ/TETD=1.0/2.7/1.5/1.25.The results showed that compared with the original formulation,the curing time of the optimized compound was shorten to about 4 min,the curing reaction speed was improved by nearly six times,the tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizate were improved,and the long curing plateau of compound was beneficial to the production of thick rubber products.
