摘　　要：研究了木质素防老剂LIGFLEX601-75替代防老剂TMQ以及两者分别与防老剂6PPD组合在SBR中的应用。结果表明,与防老剂TMQ(即防老剂RD)胶料相比,防老剂LIGFLEX601-75胶料具有较大交联密度和优异耐老化性能,无毒,无污染;两种胶料力学性能和压缩永久变形基本相当。木质素防老剂LIGFLEX601-75是防老剂TMQ的可持续环保替代品。The application of lignin antioxidant LIGFLEX601-75 instead of antioxidant TMQ and their combination with antioxidant 6 PPD in SBR was studied.The results showed that compared with TMQ compound,the LIGFLEX601-75 compound had higher crosslinking density and excellent aging resistance,non-toxic and pollution-free.The mechanical properties and compression set of the two compounds were basically equivalent.The lignin antioxidant LIGFLEX601-75 was a sustainable and environment friendly alternative to the antioxidant TMQ.
