摘　　要：目的探讨针对性临床护理与常规护理对结肠透析机保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的治疗效果和满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年9月我院收治的结肠透析机保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的患者80例,采用随机数字法将其分为两组,每组各40例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受针对性临床护理干预,比较两组护理干预后治疗效果和满意度的差异。结果两组干预前的血肌酐、尿素氮水平无明显差异(P>0.05),试验组干预后上述指标与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);两组干预前的汉密尔顿抑郁量表及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分无明显差异(P>0.05),试验组干预后上述指标水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意率为95.00%,明显高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论结肠透析机保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭时实施针对性临床护理干预有助于促进肾功能改善,减轻患者心理负担,从而提高护理满意率,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the influence of targeted clinical nursing and routine nursing on the effect and satisfaction of colon dialysis machine retention enema in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic kidney failure treated by colon dialysis machine retention enema from January 2018 to September 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=40)and test group(n=40),control group received normal clinical nursing intervention,the test group received targeted clinical nursing intervention.After the two groups'nursing intervention,the difference of treatment effect and satisfaction score was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety rating scale score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 95.00%,significantly higher than the control group 75.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted clinical nursing intervention of colon dialysis machine retention enema in the treatment of chronic kidney failure can promote the improvement of renal function,reduce the psychological burden of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
