摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者反刍性沉思的影响因素。方法选取2020年6月-2021年5月我院收治的60例慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者,于患者初次血液透析后,用简体中文版事件相关反刍性沉思问卷(C-ERRI)评估患者反刍性沉思水平。由研究者设计基线资料调查表并记录研究所需资料,比较不同特征患者的反刍性沉思水平。分析可能影响慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者反刍性沉思水平的相关因素。结果患者侵入性反刍性沉思评分为(13.87±1.41)分,目的性反刍性沉思评分为(12.26±1.30)分;不同家庭月收入、应对方式、社会支持的慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者侵入性反刍性沉思评分比较有差异(P<0.05);不同应对方式、社会支持的慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者目的性反刍性沉思评分比较有差异(P<0.05);家庭月收入、应对方式、社会支持是慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者侵入性反刍性沉思水平的影响因素(P<0.05);应对方式、社会支持是慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者目的性反刍性沉思水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾脏病5期血液透析患者反刍性沉思的影响因素可能为家庭月收入、应对方式、社会支持。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of ruminant meditation in hemodialysis patients in the treatment of stage 5 chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:From June 2020 to May 2021,60 hemodialysis patients with CKD stage 5 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.C-ERRI was used to assess the level of ruminant meditation in patients.The investigator will design a baseline data questionnaire and record the data needed for the study,compare the level of ruminant meditation in patients with different characteristics,and analyze the related factors on the level of ruminant meditation in patients with stage 5 CKD.Results:60 hemodialysis patients with stage 5 CKD had invasive rumination meditation score(13.87±1.41)and objective rumination meditation score(12.26±1.30);monthly income in different families,coping styles,and social support for chronic kidney disease.Comparison of invasive rumination meditation scores of hemodialysis patients with stage 5 CKD was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of purposeful rumination meditation scores of hemodialysis patients with stage 5 CKD with different coping styles and social support was statistically significant(P<0.05).Monthly household income,coping styles,and social support are the influencing factors of the level of invasive ruminant meditation in hemodialysis patients with stage 5 CKD(P<0.05).Social support is an influencing factor for the level of purposeful ruminant meditation in hemodialysis patients with stage 5 CKD(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influencing factors of ruminant meditation in hemodialysis patients with stage 5 CKD may be family monthly income,coping style,and social support.
