优质护理对高龄白内障人工晶体植入术患者护理质量及患者满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对高龄白内障人工晶体植入术患者护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2020年12月于我院进行诊治的60例高龄白内障人工晶体植入术患者。将其随机分为观察组与和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规,观察组在此基础上加用优质护理,对比两组护理质量、患者满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组,眼内炎发生率10.00%显著低于对照组33.33%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组总满意度90.00%显著高于对照组66.66%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理用于高龄白内障人工晶体植入术患者,可提高手术治疗效果,促进护理质量及护理满意度显著提升,临床值得关注。Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on the nursing quality and satisfaction of elderly patients with cataract intraocular lens implantation.Methods:60 elderly patients with cataract intraocular lens implantation treated in hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were included in the study,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,and high-quality nursing was added to the observation group.The nursing quality and patients’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the incidence of endophthalmitis was 10.00%significantly lower than that of control group(33.33%,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.66%,P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing for elderly patients with cataract intraocular lens implantation can improve the surgical treatment effect,promote the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,which should be paid attention clinically.
