民国时期《图书》半月刊的创办经过及其价值

摘　　要：1947年5月25日,国立西北图书馆复馆后创办的《图书》半月刊正式创刊,馆长刘国钧亲任主编。这是该馆继《西北文化》周刊之后创办的第二份学术刊物。刊物保存了黎锦熙、张舜徽、盛成、刘国钧、冯国瑞、慕寿祺、王重锡等民国知名学者的著述,具有重要的文献参考价值。刊物的创办也是刘国钧力主国立兰州图书馆要做“西北文化问题的研究中心,西北建设事业的参考中心,西北图书教育的辅导中心”的一次成功实践。On May 25,1947,after the National Northwest Library re-opened,The semimonthly Book which was edited by Mr.Liu Kwoh-Chuin,the director of the very Library,was launched officially.The semimonthly Book was the second academic journal after the Northwest Culture Weekly.The journal has preserved the works of famous scholars of the Republic of China,such as Li Jinxi,Zhang Shunhui,Sheng Cheng,Liu Kwoh-Chuin,Feng Guorui,Mu Shouqi,Wang Chongxi,and has important reference value.The establishment of the journal is also a successful practice of Mr.Liu Kwoh-Chuin’s commitment to promoting the National Lanzhou Library to be a“research center for northwest cultural issues,a reference center for northwest construction,and a guidance center for northwest book education”.
