正常月经周期中尿中三种雌激素与孕二醇的排泄量

摘　　要：在正常月经周期中测定24小时尿三种雌激素与孕二醇的含量,对观察卵巢周期变化,研究女性生殖生理是重要指标之一,对探索避孕药的作用机理和内分泌失调疾病的诊断处理有现实性意义。本文报告我实验室1963~1981年系统观察30个正常妇女的月经周期,总结如下。Three types of estrogen(estrone,estradiol and estriol)and pregnanediol in 24 hour urine samples were determined and observed systematially during normal menstrual cycles on 30 normal subjects.The basal body temperature and vaginal smear were examined simultaneously.The results showed that under normal physiologic conditions,all the three types of estrogen in menstrual cycle presented"two-peak"curves namely ovulatory and luteal peaks respectively.Although the peak of estriol curve appeared somewhat late,the two peak-values were similar.Urinary pregnanediol concentration increased gredually in the postovulatory days until the peak was reached at+6—+8 days,i.e.at the 21st-22nd day of menstrual cycle.Different values on the curve may indicate the function of corpus luteum.The luteal phase averaged 14 days and the peak of the pregnanediol curve appeared later than those of estrogen.The rise of pregnanediol level was positively correlated with the biphasic body temperature.When hypofunction of corpus luteum appeared,the urinary pregnanediol level decreased,meanwhile the duration of rised basal body temperature shortened or even disappeared.
