80例心肌梗塞患者远期心功能的调查分析

摘　　要：心功能不全是心肌梗塞后主要症状,心衰是梗塞后远期死亡的第一位原因,对预后影响最大。为了了解心肌梗塞患者远期心功能的变化并探讨其影响因素。In order to know the long-term change of cardiac function after AMI and to find its influential factors, on 80 AMI patients treated in our hospital during the past 10 years. We visited and re-examins them, and the results were analyzed. We discern 24 cases (30%) who have heart function decreased to degree 3-4, Female patient, old individual AMI of larger area and those complicated with heart failure during the acute stage the decrease in cardiac function is more severe. Continue to have angina after AMI, persistant hypertension, and indicating ventricular aneurysm in ECG, the cardiac function was also poor. X-ray cardiac measurement was done on 35 patients, about 1/3 of them show cardiac enlargement. To 54 cases we make UCG examination, and found that the left atrium and left ventricle are enlarged in accord with the poor (?)ardiac function. However, in some patients whose cardiac function is still good, there are 3 cases also showed obvious cardiac enlargement.
