摘　　要：目的优选熄风活络胶囊水提工艺参数。方法通过单因素实验研究浸泡时间、提取时间、加水倍数、提取次数对熄风活络胶囊各指标成分含量的影响;以此为基础,采用响应面法设计实验,以提取次数、加水倍数、提取时间为考察因素,苦杏仁苷、羟基红花黄色素A和芍药苷转移率及浸膏得率为评价指标,G1-熵权法计算综合评分,优选熄风活络胶囊水提最佳工艺参数。结果最佳水提工艺参数为:提取3次,每次加水12倍量,煎煮1.15h。3次平行验证试验平均综合评分为98.77,RSD=0.15%。结论优选出的熄风活络胶囊水提工艺稳定可行,可为熄风活络胶囊的新药开发提供依据。Objective To optimize the process parameters of water extraction of Xifeng Huoluo Capsules.Methods The effects of soaking time,extraction time,water addition and extraction frequency on the content of each index component in the aqueous extract of Xifeng Huoluo Capsules were investigated by single-factor experiments,on this basis,the experiments were designed using response surface methodology.The volume number of extraction,the water addition times and the extraction time were taken as the evaluation factors.Extract yield and the transfer rate of amygdalin,hydroxysafflor yellow A and paeoniflorin were evaluation indexes.The G1-entropy weighting method was used to calculate the overall score and select the best process parameters for the aqueous extraction of Xifeng Huoluo Capsules.Results The optimal water extraction process parameters were:3 times of water extraction,each time adding 12 times the amount of water,and 1.15h of decoction.The mean composite score of the three parallel validation trials was 98.77 and the RSD was 0.15%.Conclusion The optimized aqueous extraction process of Xifeng Huoluo Capsules is stable and feasible,which can provide a basis for the development of new drugs of Xifeng Huoluo Capsules.
