摘　　要：中药醋炙法是中药炮制工艺中很重要的一种炮制方法。醋制是以醋为辅料炮制中药的方法统称,是体现中药炮制“增效减毒”的典型代表,其理论基础“醋制入肝”是指导中药炮制的基本理论之一。行气止痛类中药多入肝经,肝经类中药经醋制后,可以增强药效,包括增强镇痛、抗炎、提高免疫力等方面的作用。文章从醋炙的炮制理论入手,对行气止痛类中药醋炙前后化学成分变化、药理学及毒理学等进行了研究,可以进一步阐明醋炙入肝经的炮制机制,为醋炙理论进一步深入提供依据。Traditional Chinese medicine vinegar processing is a very important processing method in the processing of traditional Chinese medicine.Vinegar production is generally referred to as the method of processing traditional Chinese medicine with vinegar as auxiliary material,which is a typical representative of"enhancing effect and reducing toxicity"in the processing of traditional Chinese medicine.Its theoretical basis,"Vinegar production into liver",is one of the basic theories to guide the processing of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine for Qi and pain relief is mostly introduced into the liver meridian.After the liver meridian traditional Chinese medicine is made by vinegar,it can enhance the efficacy,including enhancing analgesia,anti-inflammatory,improving immunity and other effects.Based on the processing theory of vinegar,the changes of chemical composition,pharmacology and toxicology before and after the processing of vinegar char for Traditional Chinese medicine for Qi and pain relief were studied,so as to further clarify the processing mechanism of vinegar processing into the liver meridian,it provides the basis for further deepening the theory of vinegar processing.
