摘　　要：药物转运体对药物在体内的吸收和外排发挥着重要的作用。随着近年来对药物转运体的研究发现,药物转运体的表达可明显影响药物在体内的生物活性。大量研究表明中药也能对药物转运体的功能产生一定的影响,因此如何正确了解中药与药物转运体的关系,利用其特性来指导临床用药,更好的发挥药物的疗效就愈加重要。文章对药物转运体的功能性质、分类以及中药对其影响和治疗疾病的应用等方面进行整理和归纳。Drug transporters play an important role in drug absorption and excretion in vivo.With the recent studies on drug transporters,the expression of drug transporters can significantly affect the biological activity of drugs in vivo.A large number of studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can also have a certain impact on the function of drug transporters.There-fore,it is increasingly important to understand the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and drug transporters correct-ly and use their characteristics to guide clinical drug use,so as to better play the curative effect of drugs.In this paper,the func-tions,properties and classification of drug transporters,as well as the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on them and the application of treating diseases were summarized.
