理气活血滴丸治疗稳定性心绞痛(阳虚血瘀型)的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察理气活血滴丸治疗稳定性心绞痛(阳虚血瘀性)的临床疗效。方法对入组的43例患者,均给予理气活血滴丸进行治疗,每次10丸,1日3次口服,连续治疗4周。观察治疗前、后患者的中医症候、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油用量、西雅图心绞痛评分及肝、肾功能等情况变化。结果治疗后中医总有效效为87.80%;治疗前中医症候积分:胸闷(3.09±1.61)、胸痛(3.36±1.54)、气短(3.41±1.63)、心悸(3.37±1.51)、形寒肢冷(3.51±1.60);治疗后中医症候积分:胸闷(1.46±1.10)、胸痛(1.22±1.08)、气短(1.27±1.07)、心悸(1.37±1.04)、形寒肢冷(1.32±1.05),与治疗前对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);心绞痛总有效率为82.93%;治疗前心绞痛积分:发作次数(3.33±1.52)、持续时间(3.62±1.56)、疼痛程度(3.46±1.68);治疗后心绞痛积分:发作次数(1.37±0.95)、持续时间(1.50±1.08)、疼痛程度(1.51±0.98),与治疗前对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);心电图后总有效率为65.85%;治疗前硝酸甘油用量为(2.88±1.25);治疗后硝酸甘油用量为(1.80±2.25),与治疗前对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);西雅图心绞痛评分等均得到明显的改善。结论理气活血滴丸在改善患者的中医临床症候、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油用量及西雅图心绞痛评分等方面具有明显的作用,且安全性高,值得临床上广泛推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liqihuoxue Dropping Pills on stable angina pectoris(Yang deficiency and blood stasis).Methods All the 43 enrolled patients were treated with Liqihuoxue Dropping Pills(10 pills each time,3 times a day orally)for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM symptoms,angina pectoris efficacy,electrocardiogram efficacy,nitroglycerin dosage,Seattle angina pectoris score,liver and kidney function were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective effect of TCM was 87.80%.TCM syndrome scores before treatment:chest tightness(3.09±1.61),chest pain(3.36±1.54),shortness of breath(3.41±1.63),palpitation(3.37±1.51),cold limbs(3.51±1.60).TCM syndrome scores after treatment:chest tightness(1.46±1.10),chest pain(1.22±1.08),shortness of breath(1.27±1.07),palpitation(1.37±1.04),cold limbs(1.32±1.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of angina pectoris was 82.93%.Before treatment,the score of angina pectoris was(3.33±1.52),(3.62±1.56),and(3.46±1.68).After treatment,the score of angina pectoris was(1.37±0.95),(1.50±1.08),and(1.51±0.98).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate after electrocardiogram was 65.85%.Before treatment,nitroglycerin dosage was(2.88±1.25).Nitroglycerin dose was(1.80±2.25)after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of angina pectoris in Seattle was improved obviously.Conclusion Liqihuoxue Drop Pills have obvious effects on improving the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine,angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin dosage and the score of Seattle angina pectoris,and are of high safety,worthy of extensive application in clinical practice.
