基于区分矩阵的妇科方剂配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的基于区分矩阵,研究治疗妇科病的方剂配伍规律。方法收集1990年8月~2016年8月在全国8所中医院妇科门诊22315例妇科疾病患者的用药处方,将处方数据标准化后导入系统,采用区分矩阵的属性约简方法,研究妇科病的方剂配伍规律。结果得出治疗痛经的核心药物有枸杞、盐黄柏、山楂炭等,治疗湿热白带的核心药物有玄参、八宝散、炒蔓荆子等,治疗阴道炎的核心药物有浮小麦、杜仲炭、炒内鸡金等。结论利用区分矩阵的属性约简方法能够提取妇科疾病中医方剂关键用药,获得的用药规律符合临床应用,可以指导临床用药。Objective Based on the discriminant matrix,To study the law of prescription compatibility of gynecological diseases.Methods Collecting 22315 cases of gynecological diseases from 8 Chinese medicine hospitals between August 1990 and August2016.Standardized prescriptions were imported into the system.Use the discriminant matrix to reduce gynecological formula compatibility.Results Dysmenorrhea core drugs has medlar,cypress,charred fructus.Hot and humid leucorrhea ore drugs has Figwort,Babao power,Fructus viticis.Coleitis core drugs have wheat,eucommia bark,fried chicken.Conclusion Discrimination matrix can extract gynecological medicine to obtain in accordance with the clinical application of drug rules and to can guide clinical medication.
