摘  要:目的观察在免疫抑制家兔背部开展推拿疗法对机体局部皮肤IL-33及其受体ST-2蛋白表达的变化情况。方法将28只家兔随机平均分为对照组、模型组、推拿组和药物组。采用D-半乳糖腹腔注射形成亚急性衰老模型的方法造模,观察局部皮肤IL-33及其受体ST-2蛋白表达的变化情况。结果模型组与对照组比较,家兔局部皮肤中IL-33、ST-2表达减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。推拿组和药物组与模型组比较,家兔局部皮肤中IL-33、ST-2表达增强,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物组与推拿组比较,家兔局部皮肤中IL-33、ST-2表达无显著性差异,但推拿组IL-33表达均数略高于药物组。结论背部推拿法能够有效提高机体局部免疫功能;可能机制之一是背部推拿法通过IL-33/ST-2信号通路介导并调节局部皮肤免疫功能。Objective To observe the changes of protein expression of IL-33 and its receptor ST-2 in the skin of the body after tuina therapy on the back of immunosuppressed rabbits.Methods 28 rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Tuina group and drug group.The peritoneal injection of D-galactose was used to prepare the immunosuppressive rabbit.The protein expression of IL-33 and its receptor ST-2 in the skin of the body were observed.Results Compared with the blank group,the expression of IL-33 and ST-2 in the rabbit skin was decreased in the model group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the expression of IL-33 and ST-2 in the local skin of the rabbit in the tuina group and drug group was increased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the Tuina group,there was no significant difference in the expression of IL-33 and ST-2 in the skin of rabbits,but the mean number of expression of IL-33 in the tuina group was slightly higher than that in the drug group.Conclusion The Tuina therapy on the back can effectively improve the body’s local immune function,one of the possible mechanisms is that the Tuina therapy on the back mediates and regulates the local skin immune function through the IL-33/ST-2 signaling pathway.
