抗癌药用植物屏边三七地理分布及生长发育规律研究

摘　　要：目的对屏边三七(Panax stipuleanatus H.T.Tsai et K.M.Feng)的地理分布及生长发育规律进行研究,为该物种的资源保护及进一步开发作基础理论研究。屏边三七为五加科(Araliaceae)人参属(Panax)多年生阴生草本植物,是国家二级保护植物,它是我国云南省东南部特有分布物种,也是我国西南地区的名贵中药材。方法采用民族植物学田野调查法和野外观察、采集,再辅以室内文献、标本查阅方法研究屏边三七的地理分布,形态观察用手持放大镜和解剖镜,按照常规统计学方法随机选取测量个体,用直尺、游标卡尺对屏边三七的生长发育特征进行研究。结果屏边三七生长发育规律研究结果表明:屏边三七于2月上旬种子开始出土,株高、主茎粗3月20日至4月20日进入生长迅速期,叶片数、叶长、叶宽、叶柄3月10日至4月10日迅速增长,花序、果实的生长动态,4月10日至5月30日伞形花序发育生长期这时花序增长迅速,5月10日至6月10日结果期,果实数呈缓慢增长走势;6月10日至6月30日果实生长发育期,果实由绿果变成红色,呈迅速增长趋势;6月10日至7月10日果实成熟期,果实色泽更加鲜艳,成熟后呈迅速减少趋势;7月10日后果实开始脱落。结论屏边三七的地理分布和生长发育规律研究,为屏边三七进一步引种栽培和野生变家种提供一定的理论指导。Objective To provide some theoretical guidance for resource protection and further development and utilization of wild Panax stipuleanatus,geographical distribution,growth and development of Panax stipuleanatus are studied.Panax stipuleanatus is an endangered and endemic medicinal perennial herb,it is considered to be a national secondary protected plant and it also a valuable Chinese herbal medicine.Methods Geographical distribution of Panax stipuleanatus is studied and analyzed by ethnic botany field investigation,field observation collection and literature review.Growth and development of Panax stipuleanatus are studied and analyzed by statistical data of observing and measuring roots,stems,leaves,flowers,fruits and seeds.Results The research results showed that the shoot emergence of Panax stipuleanatus started in middle February and its duration lasted about 25 days,Plant height and the main stem of Panax stipuleanatus enter into the rapid growth period.During March 10-April 10,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width and petiole enter into rapid growth.From April 10 to May 30,umbrella growth is growing rapidly.From May 10 to June 30,the number of fruit showed a slow growth trend.But during June 10 to June 30,fruit growth and development are fast and the fruits turn from green to red.Fruit ripening is from June 10 to July 10 and fruit color becomes more vivid.The fruit begins to fall off after July 10.Conclusion The study on the geographical distribution,growth and development of Panax stipuleanatus provides some theoretical guidance for the further introduction and cultivation of wild Panax stipuleanatus.
