摘　　要：胆汁酸能够促进体内脂类物质的消化吸收,胆汁酸的肝肠循环在维持机体脂质代谢的平衡中有着不可替代的作用。此外,胆汁酸还是一种重要的信号调节分子,能够激活肝脏和肠道中相关受体及细胞信号传导通路,从而改变与编码调控糖脂代谢和能量代谢相关蛋白酶的基因表达。研究发现,动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝等疾病的发生都与胆汁酸的肝肠循环密不可分。近年来,中医中药治疗高脂血症取得了确切疗效,其降血脂的机理机制也成为了研究热点。本文将从胆汁酸肝肠循环角度出发探讨中药降血脂的机理机制。The bile acid can promote the digestion and absorption of lipids in vivo,and the enterohepatic circulation of bile acid plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining lipid metabolism balance.In addition,bile acid is also an important signal regulator molecule,which can activate related receptors and signal transduction pathways in liver and the small intestine.These receptors and signal transduction pathways can change and code the gene expression that can regulate the related proteases in glycolipid metabolic system and energy metabolic system.The study found that atherosclerosis,type 2 diabetes,nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases are closely related to the enterohepatic circulation of bile acid.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved a definite effect on hyperlipidemia,and its mechanism of lowering blood lipid has become a hot spot of research.This article from the aspect of enterohepatic circulation of bile acid discusses how to reduce blood lipids by traditional Chinese medicine.
