复发性口腔溃疡的中医护理模式探讨及对溃疡愈合时间的影响

摘　　要：目的分析复发性口腔溃疡患者中医护理模式的干预效果,旨在探讨中医护理模式在复发性口腔溃疡治疗中的应用价值。方法选取医院2020年4月—2021年10月收治的63例复发性口腔溃疡患者,其中男例,女例,年龄20~63岁,病程8~21 d,回顾临床资料。将实施中医护理模式的34例患者作为观察组,将实施常规护理的29例患者作为对照组。观察两组护理前后心理状态评分变化以及护理效果、溃疡愈合时间、患者满意度情况。结果干预前,观察组、对照组患者SAS、SDS评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组、对照组患者SAS、SDS评分均较干预前明显降低,且观察组心理状况评分明显降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率(91.18%)明显高于对照组(75.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度(97.06%)明显高于对照组(86.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对复发性口腔溃疡患者实施中医护理模式,可有效改善患者负性情绪,有助于患者尽快康复,提高临床治疗效果,同时还可帮助患者缩短溃疡愈合时间,有利于病症的痊愈,提高护理效率,使患者提高对护理工作的满意度,临床应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode in patients with recurrent oral ulcer,and to explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 63 patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to our hospital in the past year(April 2020-October 2021)were selected,including male and female patients,aged 20~63 years old,and the course of disease was 8~21 days.The clinical data were reviewed.34 patients with traditional Chinese medicine nursing model were taken as the observation group,and 29 patients with conventional nursing were taken as the control group.Observe the change of psychological state score,nursing effect,ulcer healing time and patient satisfaction before and after nursing in the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the psychological status scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group(91.18%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The ulcer healing time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group(97.06%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.21%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing model for patients with recurrent oral ulcer can effectively improve the negative emotion of patients,help patients recover as soon as possible,improve the clinical treatment effect,and also help patients shorten the u
