中医护理理念对髋部骨折术后创伤成长与应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中医护理理念应用在髋部骨折患者术后创伤后成长与应对方式中的影响。方法选取医院2020年8月—2021年3月的100例髋部骨折手术后患者,通过数字随机表法将患者分为两组。对照组实施常规西医护理,观察组则在常规护理的基础上增加中医护理理念,对两组患者术后创伤后成长的应对方式进行分析,并总结应对方式不同对患者的影响。结果观察组的积极应对率比对照组的积极应对率高(P<0.05);积极应对组的各个维度评分也要比消极维度评分高(P<0.05);积极应对与躯体健康、精神健康呈正相关(P<0.05);消极应对则与精神健康、躯体健康呈负相关(P<0.05);比较两组患者对于护理的满意度,观察组患者高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对髋部骨折患者术后采取中医护理理念,可以显著改善患者的应对方式,促进患者术后的创伤后成长,值得推广。Objective To explore the influence of the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing concept on the post-traumatic growth and coping style of patients with hip fracture.Methods 100 patients with hip fracture after operation in our hospital from August 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by means of digital random table.The control group implemented routine nursing,while the observation group added the concept of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine nursing,analyzed the coping styles of the two groups of patients after trauma,and summarized the impact of different coping styles on patients.Results The positive coping rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in the positive coping group were also higher than those in the negative dimension(P<0.05).Positive coping was positively correlated with physical and mental health(P<0.05).Negative coping was negatively correlated with mental health and physical health(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of traditional Chinese medicine nursing concept for patients with hip fracture after operation can significantly improve their coping style and promote their post-traumatic growth,which has certain clinical application value.
