定向井漂浮下套管大钩载荷分析方法

摘  要:为达到良好施工效果,定向井漂浮下套管技术在施工前必须合理预测大钩载荷,以便优化套管柱漂浮长度。因此建立了"空间梁"模型,该模型考虑了漂浮下套管技术必须使用扶正器的工况,将其计算结果与未考虑扶正器的"刚杆"模型进行对比。以CD6断块5口定向井下套管实测大钩载荷为基准,针对不同物性地层,拟合出不同井眼垂深的分段摩阻系数,并将其用于实例井CD6X15的分析。研究结果显示,CD6X15井套管柱最佳漂浮长度为600m,大钩载荷余量23.6t,相比未使用漂浮下套管技术工况高出4.1t,表明漂浮下套管技术在保证套管柱安全下入方面具有明显优势。"空间梁"模型计算得到的大钩载荷大于同等条件下"刚杆"模型的计算结果,"空间梁"模型拟合相对误差为4.76%,"刚杆"模型为9.91%,"空间梁"模型计算结果更加接近于实测大钩载荷。In order to achieve good results,the floating casing running technology in directional wells must reasonably predict the hook load before constructionso as to optimize the floating length of the casing string.Therefore,a"spatial beam"model is established with the consideration that centralizer must be used for the floating casing technology,and its calculation results compare to that of"rigid rod"model without considering the centralizer.Based on the actual measured hook load of casing running in 5 directional wells of CD6 Fault Block,the segmental friction coefficients at different vertical depths of wellbore are fitted for different forma-tions with physical properties,and they were used in the analysis of Well CD6 X15.The research results show that the best floating length of casing string in Well CD6 X15 is 600 m,and the hook load margin is 23.6 t,which is 4.1 t higher than that without floating casing running technology.It indicates that the floating casing running technology has obvious advantages on safe running of casing string.The hook load calculated by the"spatial beam"model is more than that calculated by the"rigid rod"model under the same conditions.The fitting relative error of the"spatial beam"model is 4.76%,that of the"rigid rod"model is 9.91%.The calculation result of"space beam"model is closer to the measured hook load.
