摘 要:污水系统在石化行业以及其他行业占有重要地位,随着环保问题引发越来越多的关注,污水系统也受到了炼化企业越来越多的重视。以炼化企业污水处理厂污水处理系统为对象,利用专业的污水系统模拟软件PetWin进行流程模拟,进行装置调优、流程剖析和过程综合,以达到优化生产、节约资源、环境友好、提高经济效益的目的。BioWin是全球销量最高的污水处理过程模拟软件,PetWin是在BioWin基础上的进一步扩展的软件,主要被应用于石化炼油废水处理工艺。根据现场的实际运行数据和化验分析数据,以全年平均运行工况为基准,搭建污水生化处理段的稳态模型,模拟计算全年平均运行工况下各生化处理环节的各出水指标。在稳态模型的基础上,搭建与之对应的动态模型,对污水系统的全年运行工况进行动态准确模拟。通过模拟发现生化处理段药剂添加方式有待优化、好氧生化池内的溶解氧DO浓度控制不合理、外排污泥含水率高,以及由此带来的运行成本较高等问题。通过对污水处理系统药剂投加、曝气风机运行进行优化,同时增加污泥干化设备,最终降低污水处理系统运行成本约1159.5万元/a。Wastewater treatment system plays an important role in the petrochemical industry and other industries.With the increasing attention to environmental protection issues,the wastewater treatment system has received more and more attention from refining and petrochemical enterprises.This paper takes the wastewater treatment system of refinery wastewater treatment plant as the object,and establishes the whole process mechanism model of wastewater treatment system by using PetWin,a professional simulation software for wastewater treatment system,to optimize the performance,analyze the process flow and integrate the processes,so as to optimize the production,save the resources,achieve the environment-friendly operation and improve the economic benefit.BioWin is the world′ s top-selling wastewater treatment process simulation software,and PetWin was further developed based on BioWin.It is mainly used in petrochemical and refining wastewater treatment processes.Based on the actual operating data on site and the laboratory analysis data,a steady-state model of the wastewater biochemical treatment section was set up based on the average operating conditions throughout the year to simulate and calculate the effluent indicators of each biochemical treatment link under the average operating conditions throughout the year.On the basis of the steady-state model,a corresponding dynamic model was set up to perform dynamic and accurate simulation of the operating conditions of the wastewater system throughout the year.The simulation results showed that the method for adding chemicals in the biochemical treatment section was to be optimized,the control of dissolved oxygen DO concentration in aerobic biochemical tank was unreasonable,the water content of discharged sludge was high,and as a result the operating cost was high.By optimizing the dosing method of wastewater treatment system and the operation of aeration fan and installing sludge drying equipment,the operating cost of wastewater treatment system was reduced by about 11.
