基于现代学徒制人才培养的高职教学质量内部监控体系的构建——以武汉城市职业学院个案研究为例

摘　　要：采用案例研究法,以武汉城市职业学院新能源汽车技术专业现代学徒制试点的实践为样本,厘清了核心理念,运用系统理论和全面管理理论,构建了现代学徒制人才培养的高职教学质量内部监控体系,提出了PDCA循环持续改进该体系的方法,并对该体系的建设和运行提出了建议。Using the case study method,taking the practice of the modern apprenticeship pilot program of Wuhan City Vocational College of New Energy Vehicle Technology as a sample,the core concepts are clarified,and the system theory and overall management theory are used to construct the higher vocational teaching quality of modern apprenticeship talent training.The monitoring system puts forward the method for continuous improvement of the PDCA cycle,and puts forward suggestions on the construction and operation of the system.
