摘  要:目的了解新冠疫情流行期间入境航空器的消毒效果,为预防呼吸道传染病发生提供科学依据。方法航空器内空气采用季铵盐类消毒剂,按20 ml/m^(3)使用气溶胶喷雾器进行喷雾消毒,采取检测自然菌方法对空气消毒效果进行监测;物体表面消毒采用缓释含氯消毒剂,使用常量喷雾器喷洒消毒至物体表面湿润状态,对门把手、扶手等采取擦拭消毒,采取指标菌方法对物体表面的消毒效果进行监测。结果2022年3—12月境外新冠感染流行期间,采取随机抽检方法,对入境的157架次航空器随机抽检20架进行消毒监测,物表的总合格率为99.75%,空气的总合格率为95.00%,发现不合格的经再次消毒后,均达到消毒效果要求。结论在新冠感染疫情流行期间及时制定科学规范的入境航空器的消毒方案并按方案对空气和物体表面实施消毒,可以有效切断经接触入境航空器的空气、物体表面而感染新冠病毒的传播途径,对严防境外输入新冠感染有重要的现实意义。Objective To understand the disinfection effect of entry aircrafts during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic,and to provide a scientific basis for prevention of respiratory infectious diseases.Methods The air in the aircrafts was disinfected with quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant,aerosol spray was used for spray disinfection at the rate of 20 ml/m^(3),and the air disinfection effect was monitored by detecting natural bacteria.The surface of objects was disinfected with slow-release chlorine containing disinfectant and sprayed with constant sprays until the surface of objects was wet.Door handles,handrails,and the like were wiped and disinfected,and the disinfection effect of object surface was monitored by indicator bacteria method.Results During the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic at abroad from March to December 2022,20 out of 157 inbound aircrafts were randomly sampled for disinfection monitoring.The total qualified rates of the material surface and the air were 99.75%and 95.00%respectively.After redisinfection,the unqualified ones detected were found to meet the disinfection requirements.Conclusion During the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic,timely formulating a scientific and standardized disinfection plan for entry aircrafts and implementing disinfection of the air and the object surface according to the plan can effectively cut off the route of SARS-CoV-2 transmission by contacting the air and the object surface of entry aircrafts,which has important practical significance for strictly preventing the SARS-CoV-2 infection imported from overseas.
