摘 要:肝脏作为人体最大的腺体,在机体的代谢及免疫调节中发挥核心作用。当机体感染脓毒症后,肝脏正常生理功能的维持,成为机体存活的关键。自噬在免疫激活中起着至关重要的作用,可以作为一种自我保护机制,通过促进抗原呈递和清除细胞内病原体等多种方式调节免疫反应。随着对细胞自噬的不断深入研究,发现自噬与脓毒症导致的肝损伤有着密切的联系。本文就自噬如何在脓毒症肝损伤中发挥作用做如下综述。As the largest gland in human body,the liver plays a central role in metabolism and immune regulation.When the body is infected with sepsis,the maintenance of normal physiological function of the liver becomes the key to the survival of the body.Autophagy plays a critical role in immune activation and can serve as a self-protective mechanism that regulates immune responses by promoting antigen presentation and clearing intracellular pathogens in a variety of ways.With the development of research on autophagy,it has been found that there is a close relationship between autophagy and liver injury induced by sepsis.This article reviews how autophagy plays a role in sepsis-induced liver injury.
