摘　　要：金黄色葡萄球菌通过血流播散引起的全身多处脓肿形成较少见,早期穿刺引流和合理选用抗生素是治疗金黄色葡萄球菌脓肿形成的有效手段。本文以临床工作中碰到的一例金黄色葡萄球菌导致脓毒症并全身多处脓肿形成的病例进行报道。对于细菌感染引起的脓肿,建议早期穿刺引流,尽早留置血液标本及引流液标本,明确病原菌,有效、合理地选用抗生素。Systemic multiple abscess formation due to bloodstream dissemination of Staphylococcus aureus is uncommon.Early puncture and drainage and rational selection of antibiotics are effective means to treat the formation of Staphylococcus aureus abscesses.This article reports a case of Staphylococcus aureus causing multiple abscesses in the body encountered in clinical work.For abscesses caused by bacterial infection,early puncture and drainage are recommended,blood samples and drainage fluid samples are indwelled as soon as possible,the pathogenic bacterial infection is identified,and antibiotics are used effectively and reasonably.
