摘　　要：目的为提高医院院前-院内急诊急救信息管理水平,实施探索急救联动的无缝对接救治模式。方法通过大数据、物联网、5G等信息技术,建立基于急危重症院前-院内无缝对接救治信息管理系统,实现患者实时数据共享。结果增强了急救与急诊之间的联动性,实现精准治疗,降低死亡率,减轻社会和家庭的经济负担,创造出良好的社会效益。对医院内部来说,提升了工作效率,节约医疗资源、提升设备使用率,提升医疗质量。结论居民一键呼救,社区服务站、院前救护车、院内抢救室同时响应,急救联动的无缝对接救治模式已经初见成效。Objective To improve the quality of emergency information management in the pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency rooms,and to implement a seamless connection and treatment mode of exploring emergency linkage.Methods Through big data,Internet of Things,5 G and other information technologies,real-time data sharing of patients was realized around patient information,and a network information system based on pre-hospital-in-hospital seamless connection for emergency and critical care was established.Results The linkage between emergency and emergency treatment was enhanced,the emergency response time was reduced,and the precise treatment was reduced,the mortality rate was reduced,the economic burden on the society and the family was reduced,and good social benefits were created.For the interior of the hospital,it improves work efficiency,saves medical resources,improves equipment utilization,and improves medical quality.Conclusions Residents can call for help with one key,and the community service station,pre-hospital ambulance,and in-hospital emergency room respond at the same time.The seamless connection and treatment mode of emergency linkage has achieved initial results.
