摘　　要：目的通过整理分析国内外匹莫齐特抗癌机制相关研究,为后续研究提供参考。方法利用中国知网和PubMed等检索平台,检索匹莫齐特在不同肿瘤中的机制研究。结果整理分析文献发现,匹莫齐特对多种癌细胞均具有抑制作用,且抑制作用可能通过多种途径实现。结论系统分析匹莫齐特的抗癌机制,有望为后续研究提供参考。Objective To provide a reference for subsequent research by collecting and analyzing correlative researches of pimozide.Methods Based on the search platforms such as CNKI and PubMed,the relevant studies of the anti-cancer mechanisms of pimozide were searched.Results We found that pimozide had an inhibitory effect on tumors by analyzing the literatures,and the inhibition effect might be achieved in a variety of ways.Conclusion The systematic review of the anti-cancer mechanism of pimozide will be expected to provide a reference for further research.
