摘  要:目的对近几年聚乙二醇、多糖类、普朗尼克、聚(2-乙基-2-噁唑啉)多功能聚合物胶束在肿瘤治疗中的研究,市售注射液与聚合物治疗效果的差异,靶向聚合物胶束以及聚合物胶束冻干技术进行归纳总结。方法以近年来的45篇国内外文献为依据,对多西他赛聚合物胶束纳米给药系统在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展进行了详细的综述。结果市售注射液应用广泛但不良反应限制了其应用。新型聚合物胶束在未来几年有可能弥补现有多西他赛药物的不足而广泛应用于临床。不同多西他赛胶束在缓释效果、抗肿瘤药效等方面各有利弊。肽类和小分子类主动靶向胶束发展成熟而其他有待开发。结论现有的多西他赛聚合物胶束已取得一些进步,但是还不能满足患者的需要,仍需开发抗肿瘤治疗效果更好的多西他赛聚合物胶束类药物。Objective To review multifunctional polymeric micelles based on several main materials:polyethylene glycol(PEG),polysaccharides,pluronic and poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline)(PEOz)for tumor therapy,the differences between docetaxel polymers and docetaxel injection,and summarize the recent target polymer and lyophilized technology,in recent years.Methods The research progress of docetaxel polymer micellar nano drug delivery system in tumor treatment was reviewed based on 45 recently domestic and foreign articles.Results Novel polymer micelles might be widely used in clinic in the next few years to compensate for the shortcomings of existing docetaxel drugs.Different docetaxel polymeric micelles used for drug delivery had defects and advantages in effects of sustained release,antitumor efficacy and so on.Peptides and small molecules active targeting micelles developed maturely while others were yet to be developed.Conclusion Although the existing docetaxel polymeric micelles have achieved some progress,it cannot meet the needs of patients.It is still of great significance to develop better antitumor activities of docetaxel polymeric micelles.
