肾康注射液联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病对24 h尿蛋白排泄量影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析肾康注射液联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)对24 h尿蛋白排泄量影响。方法抽选重庆市云阳县人民医院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的DN患者182例为研究对象,据随机数字法分为两组,各91例,对照组行缬沙坦治疗,研究组行肾康注射液+缬沙坦治疗,观察两组临床疗效及用药后不良反应发生情况,并比较患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白排泄量(24 hUpr)等肾功能指标变化。结果研究组临床有效率相比对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前24 hUpr、BUN等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组各指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组用药期间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾康注射液+缬沙坦可有效显著降低24 hUpr、SCr、BUN水平,改善患者肾功能,控制DN疾病发展,疗效显著,且联合用药未见严重不良反应,用药安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of shenKang injection combined with valsartan on the urinary protein excretion of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 182 patients with DN admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled.According to the random number METhod,they were divided into two groups,91 cases each.The control group was treated with valsartan.Kang injection+valsartan treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment,and compare the changes of renal function indexes such as 24 h Upr and 24 h Upr before and after treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment,such as Upr and BUN(P>0.05).All were lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenkang injection+valsartan can effectively reduce the levels of 24 hUpr,SCr and BUN,improve renal function,control the development of DN disease,and has remarkable curative effect.There is no serious adverse reaction in combination therapy,and the safety of medication is high and worth promoting.
