温阳益气活血利水法在AMI并心源性休克治疗中的应用对其NYHA心功能的影响观察

摘　　要：目的通过对急性心肌梗死(AMI)并心源性休克(CS)患者治疗后心功能提升情况研究分析温阳益气活血利水法的应用情况。方法选择2018年3月—2020年3月入院治疗的126例AMI并CS患者开展临床研究分析,随机分两组,比较治疗后血流动力学、心肌标志物、心脏泵功能、心功能水平、并发症以及死亡情况。结果血流动力学比较,研究组高,治疗后心肌标志物水平对比,研究组低,心脏泵功能水平中除了左室收缩末内径(LVESD)水平之外,研究组均有升高,LVESD对比,研究组低,NYHA心功能分级对比,研究组高,并发症及死亡率对比,研究组低(P<0.05)。结论AMI并CS患者常规治疗基础上增加温阳益气活血利水法治疗对于患者的康复有明显助益。Objective Through the study on the improvement of cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and cardiogenic shock(CS)after treatment,the application of warming Yang,invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and benefiting water was analyzed.Methods 126 patients with AMI and CS hospitalized from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected for clinical study and analysis,and randomly divided into two groups to compare the hemodynamics,myocardial markers,cardiac pump function,cardiac function level,complications and death after treatment.Results Hemodynamic contrAST,the team is high,myocardial marker levels after treatment,the team is low,in the cardiac pump function level,left ventricular systolic diaMETer(LVESD)at the end of the level,the team all have rise,LVESD contrAST,the team is low,NYHA heart function classification comparison,the team is high,low complication and mortality compared to,the team(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment for PATIENTS with AMI and CS,the METhod of warming Yang,invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and benefiting water was significantly beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.
