摘 要:目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)检查在脑胶质瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月—2020年4月于雅安职业技术学院附属医院确诊并进行治疗的脑胶质瘤患者56例为研究对象,其中高级别16例、低级别40例。所有患者接受了CT检查和MRI检查,比较两种检查方式诊断不同级别脑胶质瘤患者的符合率和MRI检查诊断的高级别和低级别脑胶质瘤患者T1WI、T2WI表现及弥散表观系数(ADC)。结果MRI检查诊断不同级别脑胶质瘤患者的符合率高于CT检查(P<0.05)。MRI检查诊断的高级别脑胶质瘤患者T1WI低信号、T2WI低信号者所占比例高于低级别脑胶质瘤患者(P<0.05)。MRI检查诊断的高级别脑胶质瘤患者ADC低于低级别脑胶质瘤患者(P<0.05)。结论MRI检查在脑胶质瘤临床诊断中有一定的应用价值,其能够辅助提高脑胶质瘤的诊断准确率,且能够通过观察T1WI、T2WI信号情况及ADC来鉴别高级别与低级别的脑胶质瘤患者。Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the clinical diagnosis of glioma.Methods From May 2018 to April 2020,56 patients with glioma who were diagnosed and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Yaan Vocational and Technical College were selected as the research objects,of which 16 were high-grade and 40 were lowgrade.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations,and compared the coincidence rates of the two examination Methods in diagnosing patients with different grades of glioma and the T1WI,T2WI performance and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)of patients with high-grade and low-grade glioma diagnosed by MRI.Results The coincidence rate of MRI diagnosis of patients with different grades of glioma was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with high-grade glioma diagnosed by MRI with low signal on T1WI and low signal on T2WI was higher than that of patients with low-grade glioma(P<0.05).The ADC of patients with high-grade glioma diagnosed by MRI was lower than that of patients with low-grade glioma(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI examination has certain application value in the clinical diagnosis of glioma.It can help improve the diagnostic accuracy of glioma,and can distinguish high-grade and low-grade glioma patients by observing T1WI,T2WI signal conditions and ADC.
