摘　　要：目的观察人参、龙血竭、琥珀末治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院收治的80例冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者口服复方丹参滴丸治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上采用人参、龙血竭、琥珀末治疗。两组患者均以1个月为1个疗程,持续治疗3个月。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分及心功能指标[包括左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为95.0%(38/40),高于对照组的77.5%(31/40)(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前中医证候积分、LVEF、LVEDD及LVESD比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD和LVESD小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病治疗过程中应用人参、龙血竭、琥珀末有助于改善临床症状,促进心功能恢复,进而提高患者临床疗效,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Ginseng,Dragon’s blood and Amber powder in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,a total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease were selected in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Compound Danshen dripping pills,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Ginseng,Dragon’s Blood and Amber Powder on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Two groups of patients with 1 month as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and cardiac function indexes[including left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%(38/40),which was higher than 77.5%(31/40)of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,LVEF was higher than that of the control group,LVEDD and LVESD were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Ginseng,Dragon’s blood and Amber powder in the treatment of coronary heart disease can help to improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of cardiac function,and then improve the clinical efficacy of patients,which can be widely used in clinical.
