摘 要:目的探究医护一体化在血液科淋巴瘤患者全程管理中的应用效果。方法上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院血液科2014年7月开始实施医护一体化优质护理服务模式改革,通过医护一体化淋巴瘤联合门诊,联合查房、并针对从淋巴瘤医护专病联合门诊到新入院、化疗前后、出院后随访等不同时期患者进行健康宣教和心理干预。比较改革前后平均住院日、医生与患者对护理工作满意度。结果平均住院日由5 d降至2.5 d(P<0.05),患者满意度从85.3%提高到96.7%(P<0.01),改进后医生与患者的护理工作满意度高于改进前(P<0.05)。结论通过采用医护一体化进行患者全程管理,提高了护士专科技能水平和护理质量,能缩短平均住院日,改善患者就医体验,提升患者和医生对护理的满意度。Objective Toexplore health care integration in the management of lymphoma with onset of the entire application effect.Methods Our department beginning in July 2014 the implementation of high quality nursing service mode reform,health care integration through the integration of medical lymphoma joint outpatient service,joint operation,and from lymphoma medical ZhuanBing joint outpatient service to the new hospital,before and after chemotherapy and after discharge followup patients for health education and psychological intervention during different periods.Average comparison before and after the reform of such confinement,doctors and patients to nursing job satisfaction.Results The average such confinement by 5 d 2.5 d(P<0.05),patients’satisfaction increased from 85.3%to 96.7%(P<0.01).The satisfaction of doctors and patients in nursing work after the improvement was higher than that before the improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical integration management could improve the level of the nurse specialist skills and nursing quality,could shorten the average such confinement,improve patient treatment experience,improve patients’medical experience and increase patients’and doctors’satisfaction with care.
