摘　　要：目的探讨微信平台在脑卒中合并压疮患者出院后延续性护理中的应用效果。方法选取德阳市人民医院神经内科2014年12月—2019年12月收治的脑卒中合并压疮患者126例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各58例。住院期间两组患者均进行常规压疮护理,出院后对照组实施常规延续性护理,观察组于常规延续性护理基础上实施基于微信平台的延续性护理。比较两组患者出院前及出院后3、6个月压疮愈合评价量表评分、压疮分期。结果观察组患者出院后3、6个月压疮愈合评价量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者出院后3、6个月压疮分期优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信平台在脑卒中合并压疮患者出院后延续性护理中的应用效果较好,值得护理实践中进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of wechat platform in continuing care of patients with stroke and pressure ulcer after discharge.Methods From December 2014 to December 2019,126 patients with stroke and pressure ulcer who were admitted to the Department of Neurology,People’s Hospital of Deyang City were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.During hospitalization,both groups of patients received routine pressure ulcer care.After discharge,the control group received routine continuation care,and the observation group implemented Wechat platform-based continuation care on the basis of routine continuation care.The pressure ulcer healing rating scale score and pressure ulcer staging were compared between the two groups before discharge and 3 and 6 months after discharge.Results The scores of the pressure ulcer healing evaluation scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).The pressure ulcer staging of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion The Wechat platform has a good application effect in the continuous nursing of patients with stroke and pressure ulcer after discharge,and it is worthy of further promotion and application in nursing practice.
