腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月—2020年9月江苏省泰州市人民医院收治的下肢静脉曲张患者106例,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组53例。对照组应用传统手术治疗,研究组应用腔内激光闭合术治疗。比较两组CIVIQ评分、住院时间和手术情况。结果研究组社会活动、疼痛、精神心理、体能、总分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间、疼痛程度、单侧术中出血量、单侧手术时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗下肢静脉曲张过程当中,腔内激光闭合术效果理想,可以有效的改善患者CIVIQ评分,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intracavitary laser closure in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods A total of 106 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with traditional surgery and the study group was treated with intracavitary laser closure.The CIVIQ score,length of hospital stay and operation status were compared between the two groups.Results The total scores of social activities,pain,mental and psychological,physical fitness,and the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the study group’s hospital stay,pain degree,unilateral intraoperative blood loss,and unilateral operation time were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities,the effect of intracavitary laser closure is satisfactory and can effectively improve the CIVIQ score of patients.It should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
