摘　　要：目的探究超声引导下PTCD治疗治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年6月—2019年4月巴南区中医院收治的患有恶性梗阻性黄疸的患者112例,随机将其分为研究组与对照组,各56例,以此作为研究分析对象。给予对照组经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)进行临床治疗,研究组采用超声引导下PTCD(经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术)行相应的治疗,以此观察两组患者临床治疗的有效率以及临床指标的水平变化情况。结果研究组黄疸治疗的有效率于对照组(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下PTCD治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的临床疗效显著,且能明显缓解患者的黄疸症状,操作简单安全性高,值得在临床中普及应用以及深入研究。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided PTCD in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods 112 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice admitted to Banan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 56 patients in the study group and 56 patients in the control group.Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)was given to the control group for clinical treatment,and ultrasound-guided PTCD(percutaneous hepatic puncture biliary drainage)was applied to the research group for corresponding treatment,the changes in clinical efficiency and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The effective rate of jaundice treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PTCD guided by ultrasound has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice,and can significantly relieve the jaundice symptoms of patients,with simple operation and high safety,which is worthy of popularization and in-depth study in clinical practice.
