摘  要:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种常见的以夜间慢性间歇性低氧(CIH)及睡眠片断化为主要病理生理改变的睡眠障碍类疾病,同时可引起机体各系统靶器官功能受损及病理改变。越来越多的研究表明,肠道菌群紊乱及相关代谢产物的变化与OSAHS及其相关并发症的发生、发展有着密切联系。本文就肠道菌群及相关代谢产物在OSAHS及其相关并发症中作用的研究进展进行综述。Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is a common type of sleep disorder that takes chronic intermittent hypoxia(CIH)and sleep fragmentation at night as the main pathophysiological changes.At the same time,it can cause the function and pathological changes of target organs of various systems of the body.More and more studies have shown that the intestinal flora disorder and the changes of related metabolites are closely related to the occurrence and development of OSAHS and its related complications.This article reviews the research progress of the role of intestinal flora and related metabolites in OSAHS and its related complications.
