精细化护理应用于胸腔镜下肺癌根治术手术室护理中的价值体会

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理应用在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者手术室护理中的效果。方法选择2017年10月—2019年9月上海中医药大学附属曙光医院接收的150例肺癌患者,根据双盲法分组标准均分成两组,各75例。对照组给予常规手术室护理,观察组给予精细化手术室护理。比较两组手术指标、并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间(134.58±25.14)min、术中出血量(136.77±27.59)ml、住院时间(5.46±1.43)d与对照组(177.52±30.42)min、(287.06±33.72)ml、(7.01±1.52)d比较,差异有统计学意义(t=9.4231,P<0.05;t=29.8734,P<0.05;t=6.4321,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率2.67%低于对照组12.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.8071,P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下肺癌根治术手术室护理中采用精细化护理效果确切,值得推荐。Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing in the operating room of lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery.Methods 150 lung cancer patients received in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to September 2019 were divided into two groups according to the double-blind grouping standard,75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operating room care,and the observation group was given fine operating room care.The operative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(177.52±30.42)min,(287.06±33.72)ml,(7.01±1.52)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.4231,P<0.05;t=29.8734,P<0.05;t=6.4321,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.67%lower than 12.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.8071,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of meticulous nursing in the operation room of lung cancer radical operation under thoracoscopy is accurate and worthy of recommendation.
