临床护理路径对干燥综合征患者疲乏症状、自我效能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径对干燥综合征患者疲乏症状、自我效能以及生活质量的影响。方法选取上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院在2018年12月—2019年12月期间收治的56例干燥综合征患者为研究对象。随机将患者分成两组(每组28例),对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用临床护理路径的方式干预。观察不同干预护理对两组患者疲乏症状、自我效能、生活质量以及护理满意度的影响。结果干预后观察组患者疲乏症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者自我效能评分结果提高程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者各领域指标提高程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将临床护理路径运用在干燥综合征患者中能明显缓解患者疲乏程度,改善患者生活质量,提高自我效能与临床护理满意度,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the influence of clinical nursing pathway on fatigue symptoms,self-efficacy and quality of patients with sjogren's syndrome.Methods 56 patients with sjogren's syndrome admitted and treated in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled.Patients were randomly divided into two groups(28 cases in each group).Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group received clinical nursing path intervention.The effects of different interventions on fatigue,self-efficacy,quality of life,and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The decrease of fatigue symptom score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the improvement of self-efficacy scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and prognosis of observation group of patients in various areas index increase was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the clinical nursing pathway to patients with Sjogren's syndrome can significantly alleviate the patient's fatigue,improve the quality of life of patients,improve self-efficacy and clinical nursing satisfaction,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
