溶血现象对临床生化检验项目影响的观察及预防对策研究

摘　　要：目的分析在临床生化检验过程中溶血现象对各项指标的影响,并制定相应的预防对策。方法随机选取2019年1—9月期间的56例健康体检者空腹静脉血为调查对象,并采用全自动生化仪对标本溶血前后进行检测,比较各项指标检验结果存在的差异。结果经过对所选体检者空腹静脉血溶血前后调查显示,经过检测后发现两种血清中葡萄糖、肌酐、尿酸、白蛋白含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而两种血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总蛋白、K^+水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过对溶血前后标本检测研究表明溶血对生化检验项目水平有明显的干扰,因此在临床检验过程中应采取有效的措施,避免溶血发生。Objective To analyze the influence of hemolysis on various indicators in the process of clinical biochemical examination,and to formulate corresponding preventive measures.Methods The fasting venous blood of 56 healthy physical examinees from January to September 2019 were randomly selected as the investigation objects,and the samples were tested before and after hemolysis with automatic biochemical analyzer,and the differences in the test results of various indicators were compared.Results According to the investigation before and after fasting venous hemolysis in the selected patients,the content of glucose,creatinine,uric acid and albumin in the two serum levels was not significantly different after the test(P>0.05,no statistical significance).The levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartic aminotransferase,total protein and K^+in the two serum levels were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The study on hemolysis before and after test showed that hemolysis had obvious interference to the level of biochemical test items.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to avoid hemolysis in clinical test.
