摘 要:纯电动乘用车仍是新能源汽车市场扩量的主战场。随着电驱动系统技术迭代升级,对于纯电动乘用车的减速箱油的各项性能要求也相应提升。通过对纯电动乘用车电驱动系统的结构和工况分析,厘清纯电动汽车实际使用的减速箱油性能需求,优选功能添加剂和基础油,开发出新型纯电动汽车减速箱专用油。本文通过性能测试试验,将研制油与ATF性能测试结果进行对比,具体分析新型纯电动乘用车减速箱油品的关键性能,结果表明,新型纯电动乘用车减速箱油品需要具有较好的抗氧化、电气绝缘、抗泡沫性能、抗铜腐蚀性能、齿轮轴承润滑性能、散热性能、电机绝缘材料兼容等综合性能,同时在高载荷工况环境中具有一定的抗微点蚀性能。Battery electric passenger vehicles are still the main battlefield for expanding the new energy vehicle market.With the iteration and upgrading of e-transmission technology,the performance requirements for the gearbox oil of battery electric passenger vehicles have also been correspondingly improved.By analyzing the structure and operating conditions of the electric drive system of battery electric passenger vehicles,the performance requirements of gearbox oil in actual use of battery electric vehicles have been clarified,and functional additives and base oil have been optimized,a new type of specialized oil for gearbox of battery electric vehicles has been developed.Through performance test,this paper compares the developed oil with the ATF performance test results,and specifically analyzes the key performance of the new battery electric passenger vehicle gearbox oil.The results show that the new Battery electric passenger vehicle gearbox oil needs to have good comprehensive performance,such as oxidation resistance,electrical insulation,anti foam performance,corrosion resistance,gear bearing lubrication performance,heat dissipation performance,motor insulation material compatibility,and certain anti micro pitting performance in the high load environment.
