摘 要:近年来随着环保法规升级和燃油经济性提升的需求,轻型卡车经过不断的技术革新,目前已经开发了采用SCR、EGR、DPF后处理技术及涡轮增压和热管理等技术的满足国Ⅵ排放的轻型卡车车辆。随着轻卡车辆技术的发展和性能要求提升,对轻卡尤其是国Ⅵ轻卡发动机油产品提出了新的需求,对耐久性能、抗氧化性能、节油性能和清净性能全方面的性能要求均有所提升。本研究针对国Ⅵ轻卡发动机油的性能需求,通过摩擦磨损测试、清净性模拟评价等试验手段考察,最终通过节能台架测试和实际整车道路测试,全面考察了开发的国Ⅵ轻卡用发动机油的整体性能,为国Ⅵ轻卡提供较好的润滑保护,满足润滑使用需求。In recent years,with the upgrading of environmental regulations and the demand for improved fuel economy,light trucks have undergone technological innovation in different periods.At present,light truck vehicles that meet national VI emissions have been developed using technologies such as SCR,EGR,DPF post-treatment,turbocharging,and thermal management.With the development of light truck technology and the improvement of performance requirements,new demands have been put forward for engine oil products of light trucks,especially those of China VI light trucks.The performance requirements for durability,oxidation resistance,fuel efficiency,and cleanliness have all been improved.This study focuses on the performance requirements of engine oil for China VI light trucks.Through friction and wear testing,cleanliness simulation evaluation,and other experimental methods,the overall performance of the developed engine oil for China VI light trucks was comprehensively examined through energy-saving bench testing and actual vehicle road testing,providing good lubrication protection for China VI light trucks and meeting lubrication needs.
