北京市某三甲医院临床护士痤疮发病相关因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探索临床护士痤疮发病现状及相关因素,为今后预防及治疗痤疮提供依据。方法2022年2月采用随机抽样法向某三甲医院237名护士发放自制的《临床护士痤疮发病相关因素调查问卷》纸质问卷,并准确、真实有效的填写调查问卷。结果患有痤疮的护士119例,其中男9例,女110例。患有痤疮的受调护士多偏好甜食,全年和夏季好发痤疮的偏多,多在月经前痤疮加重。经多因素Logistic回归分析,最终纳入回归方程的项目有皮肤出油情况、家族遗传情况、佩戴口罩后面部反应、值夜班量和压力情况。其中皮肤出油多、有家族遗传史、佩戴口罩后皮肤发红反应、每年值夜班数>31个、压力大和压力一般与痤疮的发生相关(P<0.05)。结论月经前易加重痤疮的严重程度;皮肤出油多、有家族遗传史、佩戴口罩后皮肤发红反应、每年值夜班数>31个、压力大和压力一般是诱发痤疮的危险因素。Objective To explore the present situation and related factors of acne in clinical nurses,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of acne in the future.Methods In February 2022,237 nurses from a tertiary hospital were selected by random sampling method and issued the self-designed paper version of the questionnaire on factors related to the incidence of acne among clinical nurses,and the questionnaire was filled in accurately,truly and effectively for random investigation.Results There were 119 cases of acne among nurses,including 9 males and 110 females.The subjects with acne had more preference for sweets,the subjects with acne had more year-round and summer acne and the subjects with premenstrual acne had more severe acne.After multivariate logistic regression analysis,the items finally included in the regression equation were skin oil,family heredity,facial reaction after wearing masks,number of night shifts and stress.Skin oil,family history,skin redness after wearing the mask,night shift for more than 31 years/year,high pressure and stress were generally associated with acne(P<0.05).Conclusions Premenstruation is easy to aggravate the severity of acne.Oily skin,family history,redness after wearing a mask,more than 31-night shifts per year,the high level of stress,moderate level of stress are risk factors can trigger acne.
