摘 要:目的评估阿司匹林(aspirin,ASP)、维拉帕米(verapamil,VPL)体外联合卡泊芬净(caspofungin,CAS)对游离状态白念珠菌的作用。方法按照M27-A4微量肉汤稀释法完成体外药敏试验,测定CAS单独用药及分别与ASP、VPL联合用药的最小抑菌浓度(MIC50)值,并计算部分抑制浓度指数(fractional inhibitory concentration index,FICI),评价药物相互作用。结果CAS单独用药时的MIC50值为0.0156~8μg/ml,当CAS与ASP、VPL联合用药时MIC50值下降为0.0156~4μg/ml。42株实验菌株中,ASP在18株白念珠菌中对CAS产生增敏作用,在其余菌株中为相加或无关作用;VPL在16株白念珠菌中对CAS产生增敏作用,并对2株白念珠菌产生降敏作用。结论在体外联合作用于游离状态白念珠菌时,ASP、VPL对CAS均存在增敏作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of aspirin(ASP)and verapamil(VPL)in combination with caspofungin(CAS)on Candida albicans under planktonic conditions in vitro.Methods In vitro drug sensitivity tests were performed according to M27-A4 broth microdilution method.MIC50 of CAS alone and combined with ASP and VPL were tested,and fractional inhibitory concentration index(FICI)was calculated.Drug interactions were evaluated.Results The MIC50 values of CAS alone was 0.0156~8μg/ml.When CAS was used in combination with ASP and VPL,the MIC50 values decreased to 0.0156~4μg/ml.Among the 42 experimental strains,ASP sensitized CAS in 18 strains of Candida albicans and it had an additive or unrelated effect in other strains,VPL sensitized CAS in 16 strains of Candida albicans and it had a desensitizing effect in 2 strains of Candida albicans.Conclusion When ASP and VPL were combined with CAS,they both had sensitization effects on CAS against Candida albicans under planktonic conditions in vitro.
